Victim : Anonymous ( member of the Govt. Hospital)
Culprit: Mr Vijay Pal Singh ( Clerk in Govt. Hospital, Distt Shamli, Uttar Pradesh )
I am working in the Govt. Hospital Since last 25 years as 4th Class category employee . I don't want to reveal my name because of the Corruption in the bureaucracy. It could be the problem for me in the future.
This complain is about Mr. Vijay Pal Singh who is working as a clerk in Govt. Hospital, Distt Shamli since last 15 years. He is completely dishonest and disloyal towards his duties to the hospital operatives. He always ask money for any of the clerical work. I will provide you with certain statistics and cases but I cannot reveal the name of the hospital operatives.
Case 1: bribe (Rs 500- to 1500) to fill any type of forms or paper of any hospital members which is his duty. But He ask for the bribe.
Case 2 : bribe ( 10 % of the Provident fund) If any body retires from the service. He will not complete the paper to release the fund Until and unless you will provide him cash 10% of the total Money.
Case 3: bribe (Rs 100 - Rs; 500) per attestation any paper without knowing any identity .
Case 4 : molest, mentally and physically harassment by delaying the paper work and using abusive language without concerning about his post and duty .
Case 5 : bribe (10000 to 50000) With the help of some political leaders and some of the bureaucrats he ask money to relieve you from your suspicion orders
Case 6 : corruption, Due to some personal jealous he also conspired some Conspiracy for the hospital members who complain about him with the help few corrupt people. Recently few months back a Lab technician and a 4th Class employee sweeper being transfer without having any proof of complains.
Case 7 :Corruption. As a 3rd grade class in bureaucracy, he is living in class 1 office house allotted by hospital authorities. he is also having a very strong links in local politics. if any body try to complain about him than either he/she is transferred or suspended.
Since long hospital members are suffering of the problem corruption and molest. I asked you a favor as a Indian.Kindly look after this matter . I denied him giving 1000 buck as bribe for my salary papers and because of that I was unable to get education loan for my Son.
I dare to complain about him without knowing the side effects. I still believe our constitution favors truth and honesty.

I am a patient of government hospital. I am coming here from a month regarding to leg pain and health problems . Dr. provide a advice for x-ray. And whenever i went to x -ray room (room no. 6), he always says I don’t have a goods to do x-ray i have a shortage of goods from last month. I never understand what the hell is going on in this hospital. They don’t take there patients carefully always gives excuses. Hope so you can understand my problem and taken immediately action regarding that problem.
