This is to bring to your notice that we have ordered for a Wireless Portable Power Bank from Sisilucy.shop. The order was place on the 25th of January 2022. Its been one month and till date we have not received our product. It is very disturbing as we have already paid Rs. 1599/- towards the product.
I have sent email on "[protected]@outlook.com" asking for the feedback on the delivery of our product, but there is no acknowledgement of the email nor any feedback.
We request you to please look into this matter at your earliest.
