A few days back I had visited the Sister Nivedita Kolkata campus to have a word regarding the admission process and the fees structure, there out of curiosity I had asked if I would get a refund if due to any reason I will have to withdraw my admission, where I was verbally said that they would deduct a certain processing fees and refund the rest of the amount, and so I had transferred a sum of 40, 000 rupees. A few days back my family ran into some serious financial problem and even received a notice from the bank regarding the same, so today I called up the university regarding my problem and they just said “ Sorry it is not refundable, we have never said something like this” and ended the call.
