I Sitaram Rammurat Yadav ([protected]) purchased My Micromax Canvas A300 White gold of INR 15699 on dated 09/11/2014 from the mobile store limited, shop no 7, ground floor, Goregaon west, Mumbai-400062. after 7 month my new phone started showing problem in its display touch screen keypad wereas it is in warranty period and then i went to service center i.e Swatik telecom, Abhishek commercial complex, shop no 202(SF), S.V road, near Malad railway station, Malad west, Mumbai-400064 then they have collected my phone & told us they will my upgrade software in my phone but that doesnt work & then on next day they had told us they will send it to the Micromax company & it cannot be repair by us so i submit them i.e Job sheet date. 04/07/2015, IMEI/ESN no. [protected]/[protected] & Model code no. SERMOB0479 sumitted by hand. For your information, till today I have visited to the service center 5 times but all the time they reply us by giving different excuse i.e phone has been sent to the Head office for repair purpose or strike is going on, vice versa & i am mentally disturbed as i am getting proper response/solutions Please note, I am the General Manager of Pvt Ltd company in Mumbai & operating a NGO also i.e Shastri Nagar Vikas Mandal Reg No. E-4206 & If I will not get new Phone in 7 days then i will suggest my solicitor to file a Civil case as well as Criminal case in Mumbai High Court against your company & all expenses will be recover from Micromax Company.
