Sivasakthi Cable Tv Network Valamboor — subscription charges

Dear sir,

I am subscribed under sivasakthi cable tv network valamboor. My consumer number is 2366. My compalint regarding highly charges on my subscription.. Currently i have no dues to pay. But they needs to pay rs. 800 as my due. And they stopped my connection now. I have paid monthly subscription charges without any delay. But once my setup box was damaged due to high volume of signal and i am not used cable tv connection for one month long. From this moment my due as rs 1050. And i discussed with them about this.. But they have no idea. Amc only rs300.. But they charged unwanted dues on my subscription. I request you to kindly take an immediate action on this.
