I am writing to formally report an incident of online fraud involving a brand named Siyaahi, which presented itself as offering influencer collaborations.
Date of Incident: 2nd may 2025
Platform Used: Instagram (Brand page now deleted)
Nature of Scam:
I came across an advertisement from a brand named Siyaahi offering paid collaborations. They claimed that selected creators would receive any product of their choice after paying 50% of the product cost. Once the reel was created and posted, the remaining 50% was promised to be refunded.
Although I was initially doubtful, I went ahead after being reassured by their responses. I paid ₹2, 000 as instructed and placed the order. I have attached:

Problem: A few days after the transaction, their Instagram page disappeared, and I received no response or refund. I have not received the product, nor any follow-up.
Request:
This is a clear case of online fraud and misrepresentation. I kindly request your office to:
Investigate this matter thoroughly
Take appropriate legal action against the perpetrators
Help recover the ₹2, 000 I paid

I request you to please register my complaint and initiate a formal case (FIR/e-filing) against the scam operators under relevant sections of IPC and the IT Act.
