Recent I have apply SBI card and applied for simply click card.
I had done biometric verification as well. And got a sms that my application will be processed within 9 working days. But almost a month past and I got no update. Then I asked and inquired with a sales agent near a mall and they checked and said me that my application was rejected and the reason is " DATABASE DEFAULTER".
I asked them the meaning of it, they said someone from my family had defaulted in payment in SBI card but none of my family members had SBI card.
Kindly look into this matter and provide me with a solution.
