Dear Sir/Madam,

I visited a Samsung authorized service center today to request support for my mobile device. Unfortunately, my concerns were not properly addressed, and I was not given any satisfactory assistance.

To make matters worse, the service center staff damaged the charging port of my phone during the inspection, which was not an issue before. They are now demanding an excessively high amount for the repair, which I find completely unfair and unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and request immediate attention to this matter. I kindly ask Samsung to look into this issue and take appropriate action against the service center for their negligence and misconduct.
