Skalra — Street dogs are [censored]ing inside my residence

I am living on fourth floor of a house, the tenants living in ground floor feed the dogs inside the house. The owner has warned them multiple times to feed the dogs outside but still they carry on doing this, as a result, the dogs sit on my floor and poops everytime, it has been 5th time I have to clean the floor. When I try to flee the dog, it roars. I am afraid that the dog can bite me. I request you to change atleast the block of these 3-4 dogs. I am not feeling safe inside the place I am living in.
