Hello Sir,
I have my website www.skbgm.com, and it was suddenly s down from 23rd Oct 2022 to 26th October for over 4 days and called GoDaddy and said about the issues and they simply said, check with your developer, it is not our problem. I have checked with my developer through a con-call with the tech person from GoDaddy and he blamed and wasted our 2 working days simply without having any such a responsibility, we had tested with another server it was working fine, only with GoDaddy server it wasn't working. And we demanded them to solve the problem and then he solved it, Again after two days my website was down from Oct 29th 2022 and again he is blaming us and asking me to buy an additional plan to avoid the problem. They are totally money minded and not caring their customers problem.
Now i have changed my hosting and server to another Vendor Server from GoDaddy.
I am a long sick person, they made me tension, worry and saddened and caused more trouble mentally and professionally and they are simply saying go and complaint any where we don't have any problem.
Please take an action against GoDaddy. Thank You
