I enrolled in the Data Analysis course at Skill Circle and paid the registration and partial course fees . After completing the payment, I was informed that the batch would start soon, but the start date kept getting postponed without any proper update.
Despite multiple follow-ups with the counsellor and support team, there was no proper communication or resolution. When I requested a refund, the process was delayed and mishandled by the management. Till date, I have not received any refund or proper response from their team.
This delay and lack of accountability have caused me mental stress and inconvenience. The institute’s handling of student payments and communication is highly unprofessional.
I request the forum to take appropriate action against Skill Circle management for their poor refund handling and to help initiate my refund process at the earliest, along with suitable compensation for the mental harassment and delay caused. Was this information helpful? |
