Transaction made on 1st August 2024. Unfortunately, I mistakenly enrolled in Jatan Shah's AI Excel course, which I have not accessed or used. I reported the issue to my bank immediately after the transaction, but after a three-month review, they have informed me that I need to directly contact you, the beneficiary, for further assistance in securing a refund.
