Skillspeed — Not skilled skillspeed trainers making classes non-interactive to protect their incompetence

I was approached by Skillspeed to join their DevOps class. They came to us saying that it's the last day and we should make payments right away. On their requests all the participants made their payments on the same day i.e. January 22, 2016 for the class starting on Jan 30, 2016.

As soon as the class started we were told that this class is beginner level and not as we were promised to be on advance level, this was specifically for Chef and Docker topics. During actual training session, their instructor was supposed to teach us Continuous integration, Deployments and some automation parts. He kept showing us Jenkins first screen for about 1.5 hours saying that this is open source CI tool and others are proprietary. On raising concern from each one of the class members he kept saying that he also didn't enjoy taking the course as tha material was pretty stagnant and didn't allow him to explain us in details.

I understand that one class is of 3 hours and only a few things can be covered in that much time, but they kept wasting even those precious hours making us learn nothing and making course good for nothing.

All the participants kept raising points on their sheer incompetence and all we get to hear from them is next time i.e. in class #5 we will get better trainer which will be replacement for prior trainer. On account of them wasting our time, they offered us to take a free course.

In class #5, new instructor comes and he keeps everyone in mute making entire session as non-interactive (this is on Feb 13, 2016) and started with leas important module so that nobody interacts with him and he's past his incompetence again.

All the participants kept communicating over email (part of which is captured in above skillspeed ticket) and asked for refunds and refused to take their free course and existing course.

Please be aware, they are selling false information from least knowledgeable trainers. They actually are not trainers, they are actually newbies in software industry as we skimmed through their profiles and have no knowledge of what they were supposed to teach us. They kept reading the slides with no practical knowledge of anything.

I tried to contact them for 100% refund and they kept mum about it. Nobody is interested in joining their class from above class. I've got the documented evidence of what they promised and how entire communication went after we joined the class.

Hi All, I worked for Skillspeed for three months and my salary was not paid by Sanjay Verma.He is a big time fraud. He scolds employees on floor and uses filthy words on the floor. Very bad CEO.Very worst Sanjay. He and his son both are cheaters.
