Sks Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd — Rude behaviour and favourism of staff

My complaint is about the rude behaviour and favourism of the staff, branch and general manager of bharat financial inclusion ltd of kannannallur branch kollam towards a group member . The staff who collect money is favouring one of the group member and general manager and branch manager is showing their support to the staff when we goes to the office for the complaint against her and giving replies in rude manner. we all are taking loans from this institution with a faith but favouring a person and rough attitude towards others what others will do plz take strict action against this branch 🙏🙏🙏
