Sky Blue Finance — loan couldn't transfer to my account

I applied for a personal loan in skyblue finance private limited mumbai. One day a lady calls me and my loan is approved. They tell me put processing fee (1500) to their account. And next day put the money to the dbs bank account. And the next day another lady calls me and tell she is the security manager and put the gst amount 12500. I put the money to same bank account. And they calls me and tell me put the money... I agreed and put the money to the account. And they tell me today money will transfer. One month is over. They are telling lies... Total i gave them 41000... When i call them they are always busy...
