Name of the persons whom I contacted Karen Sharma and Amit Sharma Contact no.s [protected] and [protected]. Product was delivered on 10th June 2015. Since then, I am contacting them. Couple of times they spoke and told will be resolved in 15 days, till now the product is not taken back, I have already paid the amount Rs.2600/ cash on delivery, and I want my money back. I was also promised gift voucher of Rs. 1500/ that was never delivered. I have spent my time in calling and with mental agony for spending so much on the product. They are not answering my calls or they put me on hold. I have received a conformation message when I booked the Allah Barkat Locket from Mobile # - +91 [protected].
The order number is TSB3045. TIN number is [protected]. DOUT number is [protected]. They gave me complaint number that is 7067670. I am attaching an invoice of the product I received.
