Sky King Couriers — Delivery Person Unprofessional Behavior and Demanded Extra Cash

Recently, I have ordered parcel from Mumbai and after receiving in Trichy (January 23, 2026) the delivery person (Name: Bhaskar) spoke to me and asked to pay extra Rs 100 as service is unavailable.

Initially, i agreed him saying that will pay him Rs 100 as we are going out of station and will return back on Monday (January 26, 2026).

Unexpectedly, our travel plans changed I called him and asked if January 26 is holiday means he told yes, but promised to bring it personally either on January 23 or 26 according to our convenience.

Later, I checked the SkyKing's official website. It was mentioned that the company does not accept any sort o[censored]PI Payments from customer. Then I came to know about his unethical behavior of demanding extra cash despite paying Rs 100 for delivery charges during the time of placing order.

Also, I checked the official website and it showed service available in Gundur (Pin Code: 620007)

After I called Bhaskar, he spoke in a very rude way to me asking "What is your problem? Why did you call again? I cannot bring according to your convenience. If you want I will bring tomorrow or Monday as per my convenience or else cancel the parcel."

Being a delivery person, he is not supposed to instruct me to cancel order and demand for extra cash.
