Sky Led — Very bad experience with recently purchased android tv

I have recently purchased a 24 inches android TV from Malancha applainces in Belghoria. within 2 months o[censored]sage the picture went blaack with active sound. I complained the same to the dealer and lodged a docait for this. After 2 days of following up one technician came to my plaace to took the TV at the service station. I denied as it was a newly bought product. He did not even want to check what is the issue with the TV. He did not even carry any equipment like multimeter or any testing equipment to identify the defect. Then after discussion with the dealer in his presence, it was decided that the TV will be repaired at my home only. The technician went away. Then after numerous follow ups and heated conversation with the dealer, the TV got replaced with a new one. It worked pretty fine for 2 weeke with the existing remote. However, the remote is not working at all. it is totally unresponsive to the TV set. I have checked by replacing the batteries with new pair, the issue did not resolve. Hence i would request you coordinate with the concerned person and help me to relace the remote control ASAP
