I ordered this on 8th August 2015 and till now I have not received the 3 trousers I had placed the order. I paid Rs.3700 for the same. When I tried to contact the phone numbers in the bill all the numbers were unreachable. There was an SMS that indicated that there will be a delay in delivery and it would be delivered between 15th and 20th Sept. Today is 20th and I still have not received it. My view is that Grasim should take action and own the service and not to leave this to some irresponsible distributors who don't have any commitment post the sale. Was this information helpful? |
