Sky Network Solution — a case of cheating by a tower installation company

I was approached by sky network solution, lucknow, to install a multimedia tower of airtel on my property at bangalore, on the promise of paying 1.6 cr security deposit and a monthly rental of 1.6l

However they took about 3.8 lakhs as various processing fees and then just when the security deposit was to be transferred to my account, the utr transaction from bank of maharashtra failed, and now they are claiming that cosmos, a monitoring body of the rbi has frozen the funds in a suspense account of the rbi. Further, to get the fund released, they claim that the rbi officials are demanding 8l, of which they claim that they have paid half and are demanding that i pay the other half. Since i could not raise the money to pay this demand, and also because i did not make any mistake in this whole deal to pay any sort of bribe, i refused, because of which they have put my file on hold and are refusing to return my monies, even though i indicated my desire to drop the deal and not continue.

Further, they even know how much money i have in my account, because, they claim that the rbi officials who are demanding the bribe have had a look into my account, and know exactly how much balance was there.

I was very foolish not to have checked the credentials of sky network solution before paying out my monies, but now that i have learned my lesson, i wish to bring charges against them, and get them to return my monies, as they are not small amounts that have been paid, but amount to a year's salary for me.
