Sky World Telemart — sky world telemart not response by company from 4 months after collect security money inr 30000/-

Here i would like to raised the complaint against sky world telemart company of indore, madhya pradesh, i have deposited rupees 5, 000/- through Bank Trf. and 25, 000/- cash on delivery. Sky world telemart company has committed me this amount is security fund and they send me some product
For delivery to customer but they don’t have any customer number, so how i can delivery to customer without any contact details. Company represetive not response my call anything else, unfortunately i have disappointed since 3 month. Sky world telemart is fraud company. I want to refund my payment so kindly helping me as soon as possible, thanking you
