I had purchase the OneDrive 5TB space and it was working fine until 2 weeks ago and it stopped all of sudden. All my files got stuck and unable to get my study notes even my son's study notes for examination. If someone can share other way round to solve this problem? I wrote multiple emails to their admin to reset my password but no response so far.
[protected]@skyclus.com this is their email ID. In fact I have raised the case on their portal too. If they are fraud they will not respond for sure.
