I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with the Aqua D Pure water purifier that I purchased from Skypure India through my Amazon Business account on October 19, 2023.
Regrettably, the water purifier has experienced a malfunction and is currently out of service since December 24, 2023. Upon scheduling a technician visit, I was informed that the membrane is faulty and needs replacement. The technician quoted a replacement cost of Rs. 1800.
It is concerning that a critical component like the membrane failed within just two months of purchase, indicating a potential underlying problem with the product. I believe such issues should not occur within such a short span of time, and I am disappointed with the reliability of the Aqua D Pure water purifier.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for the Aqua D Pure water purifier. I believe this is a reasonable request, considering the product's premature failure and the additional cost incurred for the replacement of the faulty membrane.
I have attached the relevant purchase details, including the order confirmation from Amazon and the technician's report, for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could expedite the resolution process and provide instructions on the necessary steps to initiate the refund.
