Skytrack — filing a false complaint

I seeked for a work from job and they said that 150 links should be watched per day and i got only total of 249 links for two days. I called the customer care and could not reach them. I mailed them and they said i should see the available links. I got a legal notice from an advocate after 10 days to pay amount. Please let me know as on how to proceed. The fault is on the company and they are filing fake complaint
