We shifted our household items from Jaipur to Bangalore. The stuffs got packed and dispatched from our place of stay on 23-Apr-17 and the company agreed on delivering all the articles by 03rd May 2017. However we got our stuff only by 13th May 2017 that too in 3 lots on three different dates. The stuffs delivered were damaged and non working state (Fridge, Washing Machine and Car). Also the staffs (Shakti, Surender and Dinesh) were not responding to our call for delivery status and were very rude in their communication. We have already raised the concerned regarding the amount of money we had to spent in repairing the damaged items however there is no response from company side.

Updated by Nupur Kashyap Moreover the company asked us to make entire payment in advance before delivering the items. They also threatened us that they will not deliver single item in case of non payment of the rest amount which was not agreed at the time of booking the services.

Horrible experience with Skyway Packers and movers. Who so ever thinking to take their services beware of them. In front of you they will be very sweet. But once they take your stuff and truck is gone they start blackmailing you that make full payment right now otherwise they will not deliver the stuff. They commit that you have to make full payment after your receive your stuff. But when things are on its way they start harassing and calling you. Even after making payment for full truck they sent our stuff with others and dint make payment to driver. Hence driver also harassed us before unloading. He was refusing to unload. There was no option then involving police in this. So guys I am gonna file a complaint against them.
