I am Mukesh Kumar from Bangalore, I bought a franchise from sky world telemark 22 Nov 2018, according to the agreement they had to send me 6 to 10 delivery per day but they never send even 1 order, then I sent them mail to ask the date of work n delivery when will be start, and also wright in mail that if my work does not start till that date you give me then you will refund my 50K deposited return me. they reply by yes, but still no work is done and when I try to call them they are saying still in process and a few days already they are not answering my any call. I make a call them then all the contacts had to get switched off. But now they are not responding to me. I paid them 50000/-, and My friend tells me to complain in consumer court they will help me. Please do action on it. Because I took this money from my friend and I don't have any money to pay him, please help me to refund this money. Sincerely: Mukesh
