[Resolved]  Skyworth -hello Country Holidays — Cheated me - skyworth - hello country holidays false commitments

This is regards to hello country holidays who is doing false calls in the name of skyworth to credit card holders like me. First they call you with name (Manish malhotra from skyworth) saying that you are selected for this scheme and will get gifts like free holidays for 3 days/ 2 nights, 1 shoes and 1 watch with shopping card on payment of rs. 8015 and do not allow you check the scheme in detail on email before payment as ask you to pay immediately via ivrs saying we are new company and wanted to introduce them in market for doing business in holidays and you can call them anytime for query.

Unfortunately, falling prey to them i paid them the money rs. 8015/- via credit card. No calls received from hello country for gift departure, when i called back after 3 days, they said that the gifts are delayed with excuses of festival season. The gifts were received on 24-25th aug'16 after 15 days in scrambled bad condition for which no return request raised inspite of call given to skyworth - manish/devesh and asked to raise a return request. Holiday voucher was worst..!!!. Only had 70 hotels as option with additional rs. 500 booking amount, also not valid during diwali/holiday season. The shopping card is also not as committed, does not have options in pune city like dmart. There was no communication on the cancellation policy or the non-valid coupon during diwali holidays when first call was made on 6th aug'16. They made me pay first saying we are trustworthy and new to the travel industry.

These 2 men (Manish and devesh) are fraud and making false calls to unknowing customers like me. However after realizing the scheme was not what was committed and not up to the market industry and cannot be accepted, when i called for cancellation of this scheme they are not refunding the money... Devesh promised first (Attached email evidence) that he has requested to credit team for refund the money but that was also false statement, however he was waiting for 30 days to complete, and below was the response today. I waited for almost a 2 month but no refund received.. I request delhi police to raise a fir against hello country holidays (Skyworth) - manish malhotra and devesh agrahari for this false calls here is the address – hello country holidays, office no.51a, naraina ring road, new delhi-110028. Request all the people please do fall prey to this false scheme...!!!
