[Resolved]  SL Hazra — Micromax Canvas Nitro A310 seldom Works - wholly defective

My daughter purchased Micromax Canvas Nitro A310 through Amazon India for my use as a diwali gift at Bangalore. After coming back to Kolkata I inserted sim and micro SD card and while using it every now and then it gets hanged and the set has to be opened for taking the battery out. After restart when opening music it gets hanged, while connecting with PC it does not respond, Google Play also falters, and what not, it gives innumerable problem. The set is absolutely a junk one. The company has cheated consumers with such defective item. Being a lawyer I am thinking about suing them before consumer forum, as my message to the company also is non-responsive. SLHazra
