I have booked a bus ticket to bangalore from hyderabad through online. The journey was on 10th july sunday at 10:45pm ist and the pickup location was aramgarh. Upon reaching the pickup location, called the travel agent for the status of the bus location. I was shocked and surprised to hear from the travel agent that the bus has already crossed the aramgarh pickup location. And more over the travel agent failed to answer the call from 10:40pm ist to 11:15pm ist. And i was still waiting at the aramgarh pickup location as i had enquired from another bus driver of the same travel agency and it was too sl travels bus. He informed me that the bus is still coming and will reach the aramgarh location in some time. The scheduled bus reached aramgarh location at 11:15pm ist. The travel agent was not picking my call at all and after reaching the aramgarh, i still tried to call him on the cell number provided in the text message, he was checking the call and ignoring it. When asked why he was not answering the call, he said even he tried calling me many times which he was a lie. Because of his negligence and the arguments happend i was scared to travel in the same bus being a girl. So i had to cancel my travel. As i couldn't travel to bangalore, i could not attend the office, had to miss important meetings, lost ticket price, lost one day salary and moreover had a very scary and bitter experience.
