*Complaint*:
I am a member of SLAM Gym, Puzhal Branch. Despite paying for membership, the gym is failing to provide basic facilities and a safe environment.
*Issues:*
1. *AC not working properly* - leading to suffocation during workouts
2. *Bathrooms not maintained* - unhygienic and unclean
3. *Poor ventilation* - air quality is very bad
4. *Rude behavior from staff* - despite multiple requests
