Hi sir /mam here with am sharing my complaint or grievance for your detail review.
Dear Mr Vijay,
Good day. I would like to formally request the cancellation of my membership at slam fitness. My Doctor has advised me to stop any heavy exercise due to back pain.
I’ve only started my membership on[protected] and I won’t be able to use it for months, given my current condition, I have came to your gym arround ten to fifteen days only from the date of joining to current date.
As such, I would also like to request a refund amount for the entire unused membership period. I’ve attached my Doctor’s note with this letter, so you can verify. As we discussed with you on tele conversation, my humble request to you to explain about my health condition and current situation of me to your management, help me in this regard to get refund amount as early as possible.
Please let me know if you need anything else to process the cancellation.
