Subject: Kitchen order PanchkulA which your team is not able to deliver.

We had booked a kitchen for our residence from Matta hardware chandigarh. Through your representatives Anuj and Preety we are so badly stuck that we have never got the expected date for the kitchen delivery we are really harassed where as the only reason why we selected sleek was that we thought its a big company and won't harass us like local kitchen makers. Please get the needed done so our kitchen is delivered ASAP as I live abroad and can't be here to install the kitchen. The kitchen ordered was for my residence. House number 23 Sector 7 panchkula.


Please revert ASAP as your local team is not able to tell us the kitchen delivery time inspite of so many calls and giving 50% advance.

We have a Sleek 4-Hob burner. The burners stopped working in November. We raised a consumer complaint in November (Complaint No. [protected]). A customer service agent came to our location and inspected the hob burner; he informed us that we need to replace the burners. He gave us a quote and told us he needed two weeks to order the parts. He then closed the complaint without rectifying the issue. We then raised a complaint again (Complaint No. [protected]) on December 1, 2020. Since then, we have reached out to the customer service multiple times. We have tried connecting with the Area Manager. They never respond. An exceedingly unpleasant experience with Asian Paints Sleek.
