I orderd sleep spa matress in Flipkart 23/03/2020. I know that time sleep spa company give 7 years warrenty. I already mail in 2023. But no one has responded

2023 june im abserved one side shrinking issu on my bed. So im written mail to sleep spa company . But no one has responded. So that time im taken lite that bed srink issue. Using normally some days. After few months i got back pain issue. Doctor has telling change bed ASAP. So im again mail to company in 3rd March 2024 march for warenty claim. As usual no reply. So my back pain is increasing day by day so im taken this matters for repairing next day 07 March 2024 to my local matress manufacturing & repair unit. They open the matress cover totally im getting shok. Because "SLEEP SPA" cheating me.. metres foams has gum jointed. And worst thing is im order Memolatex (Memory Foam + LaTeX) 6inch matress. Im checking total matress inch to inch. No LaTeX and not a single small peace of LaTeX. So i understand "SLEEP SPA" company has chating me & customers. Immediately I open company website and complaint grievance. I will explain my issue and share all photos & Videos to mail id ( [protected]@sleepspa.in ). Next day morning im receiving 1 mail for company side. They mentioned ur taparing matress so warrenty voided. So i reply that mail im not asking warrenty. Im asking ur cheating customer and me also. But company side no response. Im send 2 mails. No reply come. So im filing complaint regarding my matress issue. I have all photos & video for matress opening time.

Im not expecting this type of cheating " SLEEP SPA " ..
