Slice Card — Refund is not reflected in my card and showing me wrong due amount please update my card balance I want to pay my due

Refund is not reflected in my card balance .My due amount is only 705rs. But showing me 9167 rs. They are not updating my card balance then I will pay my due balance
They are cheating with people no customer support from their side .They are damaging cibil score of customer bcz of their own fault and slice is putting a penalty on me every day. My ticket id is #2576978
