I made a purchase on nike.in on3rd October 2022 using the card provided by slice.My name registered with slice is Subhankar Sinha and the order id on slice for the purchase was[protected].The amount of the purchase was Rs 8990.75 paise.The order actually was never placed on nike.So i contacted nike that order has not been placed and they said that the transaction was rejected when i placed the order and it was reversed to the original payment method they even shared all the proofs of reversal but slices still says they havent received the refund even after a month.Now slice has started charging me for the amount and i have already paid them Rs2403.26 paise.They are not refunding the amount even after a month and their customer service is also worst not giving out any satisfactory replies and asks to wait again and again.
Desireable resolution-Refund me the amount.
