Provided shipment to this courier service SLNS Worldwide on July 3 and paid the amount of Rs 3300 to send 6 KGs of package including Sweets and clothes to USA. The owner of this service Srikanth Reddy did not pick up the phone after paid the amount and he says we are torturing him when we call from a different number. He responds irresponsible and says whatever you want you can do and I do not need your business. BUT sweets in the package will be spoiled and it may cost us Rs 2000 as sweets will be wasted. Worst customer service and kindly file a complaint against this person / company. The company website www.worldwideexp.in is not working and phone number given is always switched off.
