I have booked flat and paid full payment as instalments from the year 2008to 2011.
I am trying for registration and whom do i contact. I am residing there from the year 2011. I have taken loan against the same property from lichfl. Loan amount directly transferred to builder account. Now i have cleared loan amount. I have tried for registration from 2011 to till date. Please suggest legal procedures for registration

I am the owner of sls signature. Before leaving the society they make sure the society gets divided on regional basis. They even pay huge money to bunch of some fools. Those fools will create all the non sense and huge ruckus in society. Builder doesn't want society to get registered under 1972.
