Dear Sir,
I have unsettled loan from UAE bank which i am trying to negotiate with bank & recovery agent (as mentioned above) but they are still harassing me, my family & other friends & relatives.
What are the steps i can take.
Kindly advise further

I have paid all my UAE Bank's loan dues as per the agreement, I am finding very difficult to get NOC.
Past one and half moths I am keep on calling Mr. Surendra / Ms. Bharthi and sending my emails to you and Bankers in UAE, but there is no stable reply from any one in to my mail.
over phone also they are telling with in two day I will be getting, but this is the stranded answerers from India above said representatives.
Before settlements they use to call every one hr. and committing that they will send the NOC with in 10 working day. now the situation has changed like I am calling them but there is no answer.
I told them I am finding very difficult with Banker and Lawyer for not submitting the NOC. Now they are not picking my call.
what I have to do next, shall I go as per my lawyer's advice.
