Smart Shop — password reset issue

I'm not able to Reset my Password. regarding this issue I'm many times trying to call Miss vaishnavi through call and email Id. vaishnavi.[protected]@hermes-it.in; but she is also not responding. Due to these, my business has been suffering a lot. It is also said in their call center that your terminal IDINPAT03000004R is not registered. While at the time of making the account, it was said that your terminal has been registered. It seems that nobody in this company has a sense of responsibility. These people are playing with money after being deposed.I have not been able to reset the password for 4 days. Customer reply is not given a reply even after sending the complain to the customer.
