Smart Tech Electronics — Subwoofer not working post avr repairs

Hi Team,

This is regarding service to Pioneer HTS AV receiver VSX 329 repaired and delivered on 26 Oct 2024 by Smart tech electronics - Nagarabhavi.

The issue with the AVR receiver was regarding disturbance with sound from 5.1 speakers. Post repairs the subwoofer is not working correctly. When it was delivered it was working, once the technician left it stopped working. There is no sound from the subwoofer now. The repairs were not performed as expected as the amp is not powering the sub woofer.

Sanjay, the senior technician, said he is in hospital due to accident and he will be attending my concern in a week. i .e. 6th Nov 2024.
I will be waiting for him to resolve this issue.
