[Resolved] Smart Vision Consultancy — Career Vision at Sadhu Vaswani Chowk Pune fake consultants | |||
Same thing happened with me. I went to visit CRB consultancy at Parmar Trade Center, Sadhu Vaswani Chowk. At the gate one guy asked me if i am looking for a job as direct interviews are going on in their consultancy. After going there (in Career Vision associated with career zone) one lady named: Rashmi(P:[protected] asked a couple of questions and said that after paying 900 rs you would be registered with us for 5 months and in next two hours you would come to know whether you have cleared this interview and on success you would be giving direct interview in the company. I repeatedly asked for company name but she didn't tell the name instead she said there are around 6 companines where your profile would be sent and one of them you would be giving interview in. After two hours i went back instead of waiting for there call and she said you are selected and come next week to collect the Reference letter the company name would be mentioned in it and she added saying share your education docs over email [protected]@hotmail.com. after sharing the docs and after one week i went thr to collect the reference letter, no company name was mentioned in there and instaed she said that thr would be a training at Lal Bahadur Shastri Vidyalay near Corporation. Pay rs 550 thr and they would take next interview and directly will give you the offer letter. . I searched over the internet and found that they are cheats and i am feeling so disgusted and cheated. Please don't go in their consultancy and in case if you are also chaeated and want to lodge compaint please conatct me on [protected]@gmail.com and i would join you in lodging complaint against them. Fraud consultancy, I am new to Pune and first encounter is with such unprofessional people..
and that too - women are running this business of cheating people in need of jobs..
When I tried to call them and asked to cancel my registration, they disconnected my call
then I called in the Head Office, number given on receipt, they said they will talk to their branch office where I registered.
Then you can imagine how they started ignoring me and sent me a message that my profile has been selected for a job.
& instead of answering to my request to cancel the registration, started asking for documents to proceed further
What a cheap, low morale, disgusting people..!!!

career vision-career zone good job these people rather earning money through hardwork and wits runs these fake placement agency and trapped innocent fresher who got their degree by hardwork by same to same method/way nitish j has described above.
I m also fresher passed out last year and same happened with me like first that one women asked relevant question and tell to pay 550 with no further charges and assurance of got selected.after 1 week to come for reference letter and when gone for letter asked more money for training and campus at corporation school with fake hr of mnc and why would mnc will conduct campus drive at corporation school all .
Note might some womens be also in all this fake business.
Their center may diff names career vision/smart vision/career zone.

Its my genuine request for all my fresher brothers and sisters dont go their and waste hard earned money and time.

same thing happened with me. yesterday we had gone thier n they have alreaady charged 1500 frm us, also we had a call without submitting the resume that my profile has been shortlisted.this was really surprising for us aswell plz do let me know if the money can be refunded back..i really need to give my peace of mind to the

hi all...i dont know who is Nitin jeswani.but whatever he said is totally wrong..actually placements are provide us only calls...but its totally depend upon our technical knowledge..so if he cant crack d round how can he blaim to consultancies...if he is too brilliant den go through campus dont visit anywhere...anyways all d best nitin...n thanx to giving me dis information.
These people are just bad. They take you fake interview and say you have to pay rs 1000 for registration. If you don't get a shortlisting call by today evening, your money will me refunded. You have to just show us the receipt and take back your money. And while paying money they make a receipt and tell us to sign it. While we are signing the receipt, they divert our mind saying i am telling u important point regarding interview listen carefully. And this way they smartly get the receipts signed by us. That day 3 o[censored]s registered.
And surprisingly all o[censored]s got the shortlisting call with 3-4 random company names, never heard before. Then the say to mail them soft copy of resume saying they have to forward it to respective hr. And they call you to their office next day to collect reference letter.
While giving the reference letter, they tell you, that your interview will be conducted on saturday, all the delegates from respective companies will be there, before your interview a training session will be conducted on "how to face interviews". As the trainer is arranged from outside you will have to pay rs 1000 for the training. After that your interview will be conducted, and if you get selected your rs1000 will be refunded in the second month of your salary.
There and there itself we told them that before registering your will not have to pay single penny after registration. Then they say this money is not for us it will be given to the trainer as fees. We told them that we don't want training we want to opt for the interview directly. Then they started their play, saying if you take the training we will help you in further selection process, one of our member will be present there at your interview, he will ask you easy question in front of them. I[censored] don't attend the training session then we can't help you in interview. We told them then we want to pull back our registration. Give our money back, they told it is clearly written on the receipt itself that the money is non refundable in any case. We could not do anything coz we have signed the receipts blindly. We took the reference letter and told them we will come to interview.
After reaching home we did some research on internet and found this placement is really fraud. Then also we decided to give a try and look the interview environment.
On saturday, we were told to go to sb road, jw marriot hotel. It was a school.
The coordinaters checked our resume and told us to to go to third floor, they were looking totally unprofessional by their looks. It was like the guys outside the bus stand forcing you to sit in their taxy are dressed in suits.
After going on third floor, there was no sign of interviewers. There was a fat women sitting outside the classroom collecting 1000 rs. And some 40-50 students like us sitting in the class room. We told her we don't want to opt for the training session. We will directly appertaining for interview. She said it is compulsory, or else you are not allowed for the interview. We saido ok, we don't want this bull anymore.
We left from there, outside a building we saw a man waiting for his cousin sisters, who have appeared for interview. We told everything to that man and then we took cell no of that guy, to see what happened his sisters, did they got selected or not.
Later that evening i called him asking about the same. He said the training went on for just and hour and so, and they told us they will call us for further interview on tuesday.
We understood that this guys are way far from frauds.
On monday we again went to fight with the hr, we told them there was no interview on the given venue. They told yespecially the interview was postponed and so they only conducted training. We told that that why didn't you informed us earlier and we were not told that we have to pay such money for training session.
They had an awesome reply for that question
"we have a policy of not giving further interview round information at the time of registration"
Once again we couldn't do anything and left from there.
We lost 3000rs but also saved further 3000rs.
I warn you guys not to perform the mistake we did.
If you go to such people, make sure you keep a video proof of such frauds.

MBA.BBA .HR FINANCE .Etc .they provide the companies wrong addres of the company .but the company is not located over there .they give the contact nos .[protected] and the person over there does not receive the call .i by chance the person receive the call .they dont answer in a proper manner .and disconnect the call imedeatly ...they r having 4:TO 8 BRANCHES IN PUNE .ALL R FAKE SO BE CAREFULL AND BE ALERT
