I ordered a mi plus 3 smart band from their app. The moment i opened the box, the product was broken and even the charger was missing... I thought of returning it back but the app is showing that my order is just initiated but in actual it is delivered due to which returning of order is not possible as it can only be done after the product is delivered (Acc. To the app)... Even the customer care nos. Are switched off. I sent them a dozen of emails but they responded to neither one of them Was this information helpful? |
