I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my investment experience with SmartOwner.in August 2016, I invested ₹14.7 lakhs in the project BLR-NOA-HIL. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, I requested to withdraw my investment. However, I was advised to transfer the amount to Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by another project, PVT-INR-IMP.
These NCDs were supposed to mature in 60 months with regular coupon payments. Unfortunately, I have only received one coupon payment in October 2021. Since then, I have not received any further payments. As of March 2025, I am deeply concerned about the maturity of these NCDs in October 2025, especially given the lack of communication and support from SmartOwner.
Despite numerous attempts to contact the customer support team, I have received no response or assistance in redeeming my funds. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable and has caused me significant distress.
I request immediate action to address the following:
Clarification on the status of my NCDs and the expected maturity date.
Immediate disbursement of all pending coupon payments.
A clear timeline and process for the redemption of my investment upon maturity.
