Smartprep — Fraud of Smartprep coaching centre

I am Rajesh Kumar, here i want to expose the fraud of Smartprep coaching centre. Smartprep has organised workshop in RKG Institute in December 2014 and my son Kumar Shatmanyu has attended that workshop and on the basis of that workshop he has decided to join the Institute for BBA entrance exam preparation. In that workshop they have committed that the classes will be organised in RKG Institute Noida. I have paid the amount of ₹5000/- in cash as admission fee. After some they have called me for Second installment (₹5000/- cash) which was collected by Vishal Sharma in RKG institute and the receipt of payment was not given and no study material was provided to my son to study. I have paid total ₹10000/- Cash. No classes was organised in RKG institute and my son was called to Laxmi Nagar Smartprep Branch there he was told that he has to take regular classes there only but it was not possible for him because he was preparing for CPT exam in RKG institute and classes timing were clashed. So I have refused to take classes there and many of the students left Smartprep because they have told the class will be organised in RKG institute Noida only and classes were organised in Laxmi Nagar. I visited there and asked to arrange the classes timing in evening but no response was made by them so I asked them to refund my paid money and by the process of some days Hanumant Sabherwal (Executive Director) has said they will refund my money and messaged me about the process but after 1 month when i tried to communicate by phone calls and messages but they are not responding to any of my communication. They are ignoring me and my calls. They have played with the future of my son. Kindly please suggest me the way to complaint against the Institution and take the suitable action ASAP.
