The company smartyindia.store is a fradulent company which is selling fake products by displaying a completely different product in the advertisement. The attachment of Ekart to the said company has contributed in our trust building process. It is a sincere request to Ekart administration to kindly look into the matter as your Ekart's reputation is getting tarnished by it.
I had received a fake product from the said company. There is no mention of the sender's address. The return helpline number is a fake one.
