We have placed order to M/s SMD Solutions, Chandigarh, who is a dealer of M/s Blue Star India for VRF system for 9 rooms in our newly built Hotel on 13 Feb 2016 along with payment, as the delivery schedule was immediate. but till date he is not able to provide us the VRF system causing the heavy financial loss and further our interior work is stopped. After a great struggle we came to know that he placed the order on 11.03.2016 to Blue Star Limited. We lodged a complaint at [protected]@bluestarindia.com on 21 Apr 2016 through e-mails. on 22 Apr 2016 we received e-mail from Mr. Subhash Shinge, Customer Care Officer stating that they have forwarded our request to concerned department and they will get back to you.
Today again, we forwarded a complain regarding same but till time not received any reply or call regarding the complaint. It is very astonishing that customer care officer inform us that request forwarded to concerned department in place of complaint.
