I am writing to bring to your attention a matter that has come to my notice regarding some fraudulent activities that are being carried out against SMEC INDIA. It has come to my attention that Mr. Prashant Agarwal's cousin, Mr. Prem Agarwal, has been attempting to take orders and tenders which should have rightfully gone to SMEC INDIA.
One such order is of HYDROPOWER PROJECT at arunachal pradesh near Itanagar India.
It is evident that the Agarwal family, headed by Mr. Prashant Agarwal in Gurugram, is taking advantage of their family connection and resorting to various malicious activities against SMEC. Mr. Prem Agarwal took my documents and seemingly attempted to carry out fraudulent activities with them. His cousin is trying to take funds from various governments and pay a penny to SMEC instead of SMEC to work on projects.
As a concerned party, I request you to please take appropriate action to stop such illegal activities. It is essential that SMEC INDIA is protected from such unethical behavior, and the perpetrators are brought to justice.
