sub- kindly change my mobile


i purchase lava pixel v1 model phone on 15 aug 2016 for retail shop .since 1st day mobile so much of problematics.

i have facing many types of problems after purchase this mobile .
1. camera problem.
2. automatic hang and switch off.
3.mobile heating for brousing any apps and internet.

i went to service center but they were not able solving this types of problems and 6 times service of mobile but problem is same.

the service center commitment to replace the mobile and get a new handset already 15 days left no result in service center.the staff and manager customer not attend in properly and his behaviour is cheap.

so request you resolve my problem and provide my new handset as comitment of service center.
