I took the subscription for 3 lakhs sms for 20000 rupees (Transactional sms). When we called them they told us a sign up link will be sent. Now that we are calling they even stopped lifting our calls. Im really worried of my money. Please take serious action against them. Intially they were liftin he calls and from the very begining the service has not been provided to us properly sometimes without campaing reports and most of the time the sms never go and now the site itself isnt opening.
