My name is Regand. I purchased a Nokia 130 dual sim handset from Snapdeal on 14th October, 2015. It has been only 3 months and the phone is not working already. I've spoken with Snapdeal a number of times regarding this (Order ID: [protected]). This phone is not booting up. Visited Nokia care "Manav Communication- Nokia Care Service Center" at 2530, Lower Ground, Hudson Lines, G.T.B Nagar, Kingsway Camp, New Delhi couple of times. They said they cannot repair it and should be replaced by the store where I'd purchased it from. I have even let one of Snapdeal supervisors speak to the manager at the Nokia care. Later that Snapdeal assured me to follow up with this and resolve the issue asap, however as of today I haven't heard anything from them. This product has 1 year manufacturer warranty. According to this, Nokia care should give me a replacement but they gave me logical reason to why they couldn't replace it. They only repair phones at their store and since it is replacement guaranteed item it should be replaced with a new one. Now I am in dilemma. I hope sharing this experience will give heads up to buyers from online store and be careful in future.
